Returns & Exchanges

At Zapply UK, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized local collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
